Nuvi 660 Lockup

I just submitted my own 660 "lock-up" question, but my symptoms sound different from yours. I am curious, however. When you reset your 660, did you loose your Favorites? I know it doesn't touch any custom POIs, but what about other options like voice selection, volume, etc.?

I checked and every thing is just like it was before it froze up. all my favorites are still there and mpe plays but my songlist is on my sd card. Still have the same voice. It sounds like you may have a problem still with your mp3 player. I just pushed the reset button on the back under the antenna. this is the first time I have had any problem with my 660. I have also changed direction while going some where and had jill recalculate a number of time before getting back on the route I had planed. Thanks, John! Just for chuckles, I may try resetting mine before I head out in the morning. I have never had to reset mine for any reason, up to this point in time.

This is the first operational problem I've had. I hope I don't regret updating the software version and maps.

I am still running 2008 maps, but have done software and firmware updates but not bluetooth as mine works great with my old and new cell phone.
