I travel to doctors for a living and I have yet to find a download which only shows local doctors? Does anyone know of a download like this? NUVI 260W

Hmm

I'm not sure I understand your request exactly. I'm assuming you mean that you need to visit a large number of doctors in a given area and that the locations and the number of those you visit changes each time.

I haven't seen anything specific like this, so I can only suggest that you will have to build your own poi file yourself. It should be rather straight forward if not time consuming, using something like Google Map's "My Maps" feature
