NUVI 660 and tunnels

Is it just me or does the 660 now have a 'predictive' feature when going through tunnels. I drive through Boston and its tunnels (dodging ceiling tiles and waterfalls) quite frequently. I know that I used to get the "Lost Satellite Reception" about 1/4 the way through - understandably since you travel over 100' underground. I can't say when a change may have occured, but today I did not get the message and it showed a steady spead (the speed I entered the tunnel at) the entire 2 or so miles.
I don't see this change on any of the version updates, so it makes me go hmmmmm.

Nuvi 660 And Tunnels

Seems it has an internal timer possibly a minute or less and until it times out it looks like it is acting normally- I don't think it has any predictive abilty. I also go through a tunnel every day - sometimes it will time out other times not. I think it has more to do with how long it takes to get through the tunnel.
I also notice this in my garage when I have it running on the outside. It will take a while inside before it indicates poor satellite reception.

not sure

It's acting a bit different since an update was done. The Boston tunnels are over 2 miles long and it would "lose reception" or time out as you say, about 1/4 mile into it. Now it makes it all the way through. Maybe they increased the time, which would make it act 'predictive.' I'll be going through a couple more times next week and I'll try some different things and report. May be because I was following a route, I'll try without and see if there is a difference.
