C330 is not reading SDHC card

Hello friends,

I have Garmin C330 GPS, with City Navigator NA NT V8 loaded on it, i am trying to load City Navigator NA NT V9, i have done all the steps correct, loaded new map on my 4Gb Kingston SDHC class 4 card (as its bigger than 1gb), but when i insert this card in GPS, and turn it on the screen get stuck on loading map screen, however i have unchecked my old map, but still no luck its not reading the new map, can anybody help me out with this? How can i get this thing working?

Thanks in advance

Are the maps unlocked?

How did you install them on the sd card? Are the maps for the unit you are trying to use them on?

.

And if they are unlocked to that unit, I would question whether that unit can read a card of that size and speed. You might try it with a 2GB card instead.

I done a search on the Garmin help and this was the result. The largest SD (Secure Digital) card that is supported on the StreetPilot® C3xx is a 2GB (gigabyte) card. The StreetPilot doesn't support SDHC.
