Garmin Updates

I check for Garmin updates when I update my red light and speed camera POIs every Wednesday. I see an additional update titled "Localization Data, XML file"n when I access WebUpdater. I have a 765T. Does anyone know what that update does and should I add it to my unit? Appreciate any help.

I looked all over the Garmin site and couldn't find anything about Localization Data. Sorry!

If your unit is performing to your expectations you should NOT update it. Garmin has a long reputation for issuing updates which contain bugs.

It changed how the option to
It changed how the option to choose what Country you want works on my 765T. When I pick "Country"(Where to/Address/ change State or Country/Country) the screen to spell what Country now only comes up for a second, and is replaced by pre-determined choices. My Choices are United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.
What about new maps?
So I wonder what happens if you subsequently buy the Europe maps? Will the choices update from the maps installed, or are they hard coded to the model number? I'd hope they'd update from the installed maps.
