Which Would You Buy?

I want to upgrade to get Bluetooth. I have no need for traffic alerts. The 765T ($420.00) is way to much money. The 265WT (around $240.00) seems to be weak on its Bluetooth and is having problems with the 2009.1 maps. Its funny that the best review for bluetooth was Nuvi 760 ($220.00). It looks like its my best bet for an all in one GPS and Bluetooth. I just don't like going backwards

Paul..... Nuvi 765T

.

The 760 is not "going backwards". In some regards it is a better device than the newer 7x5 series.

Just because Garmin likes to release a new model every two weeks doesn't mean the older models are suddenly no good.

760

Amen brother....Personally the only good bluetooth in my estimation is one with a built in navigation system in the car. I have heard so many negatives with the GPS (Garmin, Magellan, etc) using bluetooth that I wouldn't bother...get a bluetooth earpiece and you can even take it with you....Of course this is my opinion...

I guess I thought "Newer is not Better" with the 2x5 and the 7x5 GPSs from what I have read here. The 760 has been around for about a year or so. Even with is problems many members have them.
I tried the ear plug and did not like it. I guess it is between the 265W and the 750.

Nüvi 760 is regarding bluetooth perfect, besides being the GPS having all the things you need
