Bought the 760 about 3 weeks ago, but now I can get a 780 for the same price.... Is it worth returning the 760 for the 780?

Are the same with only the exception of the traffic receivers that come with them.
Nuvi 760 has FM Traffic
Nuvi 780 has MSN Traffic
You're only decision is what Traffic Receiver do you want, as the two units are identical.

The difference is....
The difference is the Nuvi 760 does not come with the MSN Direct receiver, although it is MSN Direct compatible. In other words, if you don't care about Stocks, Weather, Gas prices, Movie Theater listings, News or Local Events... and you just want Traffic only, get the Nuvi 760.

Sell you FM receiver and buy an MSN traffic receiver.
