Does Garmin Monitor the POI Factory Website?

Does anyone know if Garmin monitors the POI Factory website? If not, it should as it is an excellent source of Garmin user feedback as to satisfaction or dissatisfaction with Garmin gps units. Also, a good source of suggestions for improvement. The Garmin blog promotes its products but does not discuss problems or fixes. This website educates Garmin gps users. Keep it up.

I hope they do. This site is one of the best site for Garmin products discussions. One time I remember Garmin site had link to poi-factory for POI files. That is how I discovered this site.

There was at one time who was a Garmin Tech and would answer many questions regarding their product, but I have not seen him post anything in quite sometime, so I am sure they check this site often for a personal comments about their products.
