Does any one know how to get rid of the "lawyer screen" ,that is,the opening warning that appears when I power up a nuvi 750 ??

You can't.

On some models, however, you can edit what it says on that screen. Search the forum, and you should find a discussion or two about it.

You can't, but if you give it 10-15 seconds it will go away on it's own.
