What are you asking, where to find bike trails POIs or how to get the POI to you SD card from your computer.

Just download and use POILoader, plug you GPS into computer with SD Card in GPS and walk through POILoader, when you select device, you should see your GPS and SD card both listed in the dropdown menu. Select SD card and you are set.
