Im trying to change my pic but cant, I did it before but forgot how?

Go to My Account, click the Edit tab, browse for your new picture.

Are you asking about changing your photo (avatar) here on the website or a splash screen on your GPSr?

Sometimes

When I changed mine, it took a day or so before it showed up on my screen. Not sure if it is a local pc storage thing, or if miss poi verifies.

So because I tried several times I went a week of my picture changing back and forth....

I've fallen into this trap twice rolleyes and finally learned to refresh the browser as Miss POI instructed.

I found out that I can't use the BMP format I get a message saying file is not recognized as a picture, I have to use the JPG! Make sure it is the proper file size!
