Magellan tells me that you can not download custom POI's to the 4350.

Well,
After looking at the manual for the 4350 on the Magellan web site, there does not appear to be the option to add enhanced POIs (user created POIs).
Typical Magellan
Instead of just adding new features to the more expensive models, they choose a path where they subtract features!
Who normal would think that potential buyers don't want option to add custom POI's? What kind of survey does support this decision?
