something is wrong with the chart...

isn't the bottom "do you want voice recognition" kinda redundant? since it should be covered by the very first question.

and wouldn't the fact that it came from the "no" in "do you want to control your gps using your voice" make it kinda odd.

Interesting chart.

Interesting chart.

Very helpful

Assuming it's accurate(!), that's very helpful. Obviously, for many buyers, price is just as important a factor, but prices for GPS models change faster than the decision tree. The other thing that limits its usefulness is not everybody knows what all those choices mean or which features they really want until they try them out. Still, something like that for every electronic gizmo maker that has multiple models with different features would be very useful in helping narrow the choices down.

Good point, Goobers. I didn't notice that at first. I guess with the first question you can go for either the 850 or 880. With the 2nd question, only the 880 would fit.

Pretty helpful chart

Although there many nuvi models to choose from, if you can break down what is important to you it does not seem so daunting to decide on a model.

Which nüvi is right for me?

This is really an easy question for me. The coolest one I can afford is the right one for me! I want it ALL but I can't really justify the cost for a new unit. I got the 760 because, at the time, it was pretty much king of the hill. I still think it's a great unit.

nuvi 260 vs old 350

I just got the nuvi 350, even though it is no longer produced. It looks closest to the 260. Price was right.

Cool

That's pretty cool. Not surprising, but it took me to the exact two models we purchased in the past year. I bought the 750 for myself this summer and the 260W for the in-laws for Christmas.

Interesting Chart. Good job. It also took me to the 750...which I purchased from Costco.

EXACTLY

I like the chart. It took me exactly to the one I would like to get, the 750.

I just bought my 760 at the end of November... if it wasn't for the incredible pricing, I wouldn't have bought any.

BUT, sale pricing aside, I probably would've gone with the 880.

New GPSer (is that a word?)

I am new here, I just received the Nuvi 350 as a Christmas present.

The site I used for my research was:

Great price at ecost.com
