Converting Addresses

Sorry I messed up my first post, but here's my second question.
There are a couple of Websites that will convert a street address to Lat/Long using either Google or Yahoo and I was wondering if anyone has used them, and if so, is their accuracy good enough for custom POI files.

You can use Google Earth ...... Gps Visualizer Convert......Geocoder us...... Geonames is for reverse address lookup there is a lot of good ones just remember in google earth change the longitude and latitude to decimial degrees ....also you can check the faq & help section here
