Your site is the one that I found first, and got me interested in customizing my 765T, and between your site and this one, I am having a blast with this thing.

I borrowed a coworker's 760 for a trip to South Carolina in October, and it was my first time using a GPS. I was hooked.

Now that I have my 765T, and the help from your site, and all of the great folks here, I will be taking the trip again over the Christmas holiday.

This time, I will be armed with some custom POI's and proximity alerts onboard, for Rest Areas, BP stations, and some of the food places that I like, but don't have any locations up north, such as Waffle House and Ryan's.

I always look forward to the time with my family, but the trip down and back, not so much.

Now, thanks to you and the great people here, the trip itself will be fun too.

As an aside, if you like the Waffle House experience, then try Huddle House. Same format, same experience. If there is a Waffle House nearby, then chances are there is a Huddle House instead.

I enjoy doing the site and helping the readers out with ideas and suggestions in making their nuvis work for them. Hopefully I am providing instructions that are a little easier for people to follow than what might be in the manual and elsewhere. I, myself, am a little surprised at all the extra things you can do with your nuvi. It is a learning experience all around.
