Garmin Nuvi 200, 205 or 250??

Looking at replacing my c330. There are great deals on the Nuvi 200 @ Walmart -$97, Nuvi 250 @ New Egg-$100 but no deals on the 205. Is the 205 the latest model? I can't seem to find much of a difference between these 3 units except that the Nuvi 200 and 205 mention "regional maps" rather than "North America" as the 250 does? What is a "regional map"? Are there any signficant differences between the three units that give one an advantage over the others? Thank you.

Go with the 205. It has WAAS. It is available on black friday and Saturday at Best Buy for $119.99.

I know you were posting on Garmin Nuvi 200, 205 or 250 but at Sams Club tody I saw the nuvi 750 for 198 dollars.

North America maps include AK, HI, and Canada
nuvi 200, 205, 250
200 and 205 are similar, but 205 has newer features. 250 has the older design but has maps of Canada and Alaska. 205 has FM and MSN traffic options if you buy an adaptor.
As far as maps, 250 covers all of Canada and Alaska besides the rest of the USA. 200 and 205 have just the lower 48 states and Hawaii.

Just wondering-looked at the Thanksgiving sale for Best Buy and I didn't see the 205 on sale. They had the Nuvi 260 on sale, but no 205. Where did you see it? Thanks.
