I uploaded the Pass_Port_America.V.csv using the POI loader and it didn't add the addresses or phone numbers. Why?

I uploaded the Pass_Port_America.V.csv using the POI loader and it didn't add the addresses or phone numbers. Why?
File structure
The way that file was created, all the info was put into the name field.

Try the Pass_Port_America-linebreaks.csv file, which has addresses and phone numbers in the proper Garmin format.
