Tracks in Mapsource

I have a Nuvi 255W. When I upload the data into Mapsource there is a tab called 'tracks' which contains all the data of where I have been what time speed etc...

How can i delete the tracks on my Nuvi so this info is not there anymore?

Deleting tracks...

If your 255W is anything like my 7x0 units, you can delete the tracks from Tools/My Data/Clear Trip Log.
