Hi all
How do I totally reset my Garmin nuvi 200 GPS to get rid of ALL custom POI's and even all the favorites Ive created?
Ive done the reset to default in on the device self, but it still keeps the info.
I want to basically start my nuvi from fresh
Any help?

I was wondering about that also, i.e. reset everything to "factory" settings in case I ever need to because I overtweaked my Garmin...
copy your original backup set back unto the GPS
The only way to take it back to as "Factory Fresh" would be to copy the backup set of the entire unit that you made when it was brand new back in to the unit.
Garmin POI loader has an option to remove all the custom POI's when it first starts. Just delete all the favorites.

Run poiloader and pick
Run poiloader and pick remove all custom pois.To get rid of the favorites hold your finger at the bottom right hand corner of the gps screen and and power up the unit at the same time. You will loose your favorites and other personal settings that you will have to re-set.Time zone ,language, etc.

You will also have to delete any vehicles you added, and possibly voices and photos manually.
