install Gramin c330 in computer says loader loading on gps screen but that is it. will not turn off or anything. help

Can you describe
Could you describe what you were trying to do. Were you loading poi files or trying to do an update?

C330 not turn off
was installing for the friend's gps. Just found mymy c340 was attached to my computer and I did not see it. Had got c330 installed was trying to update when all this happen like I said just now saw the C340 was still hooked to computer at same time. can I restore the c330. The C340 was not tured on at the time. Thank you for helping

2.Press the reset button.

Okay first do these Insturcion I did On mines when i got that Error
1.plug the usb into The PC
2.open Web updater
3.updater The firmware
4.The Corner Of windows Xp
5.Open Safely Hardware Remove
6.click Stop On the Garmin Flash Thing
7.now The Gps Is plugged Off Safely
8.now it Will turn On of it self
9.ENJOY
