Hello , I need a little help(Or a lot)regarding POI FOLDERS. I CREATED A FOLDER TO LOAD TO CALLED DAIRY QUEENS , THEN LOADED THE DAIRY QUEEN poi'S TO THIS FOLDER. THEN I AM WANTING TO LOAD THE iCON and MP3 for Dairy Queen. I realize it must be named the same except for .bmp and mp3 extension , but I don't know if I load it to the same folder "Dairy Queen" or the POI folder i Put in the Dairy Queen folder.Probably not stated clearly but maybe sombody can see what I am asking.

You need to place the icon file in the same folder as the Custom POI file. So if your Custom POI file is in a folders named "Dairy Queen", then put the icon in that same folder.

The c340 doesn't have an MP3 player, so the MP3 alert sounds will not work with that unit.

Some users have had success with using WAV files with a program named SOX.EXE. If you search the forum, you will find discussions about it. But you might want to stick with getting the icons loaded first and worry about the sounds later.

Thanks, I forgot to mention I now have the Nuvi 750 .O.K. ,So I have main folder- then Dairy Queen locations , Dairy Queen Icon, and Dairy Queen mp3 into main folder.
