How do download & keep in sync multiple POI's?

Is there a way to keep in sync multiple POI's? I.E. How do I keep in sync all POI's & have it sync'd with all future updates? Is there a way to download multiple POI's files, say 25 of them?
That's exactly how POILoader works
POILoader is intended to be used exactly that way. You keep all your POI files in a folder on your computer. Every time you download a new POI file, store it in that folder. If you download an updated POI file, it will replace the older file, as long as the file name is the same.
When you run POILoader, you point it to that main POI folder and it reloads ALL of the POIs each time you run it. It automatically replaces all of the previous POIs in your Garmin.
