Red light POI, Can I do this?

Is there a way to disable the audio alert for a single red light camera? There is a single camera which I pass with some regularity and know very well that it is there, so I'd rather that one intersection remain quiet when I approach it, but still want my custom audio alert when I approach any other.

I guess I can just remove the entry from the file, but having it silenced seems a bit more elegant.

Thx

Red Light Alert

I think you will have to remove that one from the file. You can't pick which individual POIs will alert and which ones won't.

Red light POI, Can I do this

Do you have the red lights set for mph or feet all you have to do is just delete the number for mph or or if you used the poi loader manually set the red light files so the ones you dont want to alert you

For Example
alert::: -80.829150,41.242740,"Red Light","Mahoning Ave & Summit St,Warren,OH" @55

With Out Alert -80.829150,41.242740,"Red Light"," Mahoning Ave & Summit St,Warren,OH"

My 2 cents

I understand that you know it is there as I know where they are in my neighborhood. My thought is that sometimes while coming home, I'm tired and forget for a split second and hesitate. God bless that alert.

I too have experienced this. I'll keep the alert on as well.

Assumming you're using POI Factory's csv 'Red Light' file:

Since an @[mph] in an individual POI 'Name Field' will have top priority over any other alert method (manual or file name alert will not override it), why couldn't you set the alert mph for that individual POI something high enough so it won't alert?

EXAMPLE: Field 3 (Name Field)
"Red Light Camera .020yt@60"

Updated:
I tried this method on a red light in Mesa and it did disable it.
