c550 and bmp's

Any c550 users with the current version 5.20 been able to load custom bmp's??
I haven't been able to get any bmp's to show up. Even tried using an SD card with poi's and bmp's that was created with the prior version - which worked perfectly, now the bmp's don't show up.
An E-mail has been sent to Garmin
I may try putting the old version back on and try again.

There is a glitch in the 5.20 update as it will not show the bmp image with the custom POI, however this did work with update 4.10. I have spoke to Garmin tec support and they were not aware of the problem. They did try it with 4.10 and 5.20 while I was on the phone with them and agreed the glitch is in 5.20 and they are going to work on the fix.

In the meantime, have you tried a JPG? Or is the glitch in all picture file formats?

I've only worked with the bmp's as someone had a request for a traffic/redlight bmp. I made a couple but couldn't get them to display. Thought I was losing it.
Haven't tried jpg's for anything other than the splash screen.
I was going to try the bmp's with the older version, just waiting for the files to finish copying. But, doesn't seem like I need to finish that route. Maybe I will, just to check out the traffic light bmp's I've made.
At least I'll have v5.20 on the computer, until 5.20.1 is released.
