Everything is working great
Everything is working great except my MSN has not been available to me for the past 5 days, I've called several times and they have escalated the ticket. I get the 3 bars OK but the only icon that is working is the traffic. Beats me what the heck MSN is doing. It had been working fine since I got the 880 and now considering not to renew if this kind of support MSN tends to give their customers.

Is it MSN's fault or Garmin's? Because Garmin has been really messing things up lately, so it wouldn't surprise me to found out that your problems lays with Garmin.

Everything is working great except my MSN has not been available to me for the past 5 days, I've called several times and they have escalated the ticket. It had been working fine since I got the 880 and now considering not to renew if this kind of support MSN tends to give their customers.
I updated this morning and had two very accurate traffic issues reported using MSN in 20 miles of travel. One was for congestion due to large pieces of cardboard on the shoulder and the other for an accident. They were both accurate in both their description and location of the incidents. The ability to get off of the freeway prior to the accumulation of traffic backup for the accident was invaluable and appreciated.
I have had no problems of any type since the update.
If I had to guess, your problem might be the local feed of MSN data in your area.

I had a Nuvi 680 and now an 880 and never had a problem with MSN until recently. However, there at times in certain areas of Orange County that no bars would show up, but now it seems on somedays, all the bars showup and then don't show up.. I am beginning to wonder if the firmware updates are not the cause, I guess I will just have to wait and see.

I live and work in Orange County. I have had the same problem where traffic is working but none of the other msn features are. It worked for a month then it quit. I've reset the unit w/ no change.

My issue was resolved when Garmin sent me a new power cord/FM adapter. It seems the MSN receiver became defective.
