Saw this posted elsewhere (GeoPassions) but wanted everyone to notice it before you try to rollback your 7xx from 4.00
"UPDATE: DO NOT DOWNGRADE Nuvi 760 from 4.00 using the files in this thread or you WILL lose bluetooth functionality and have to ship the unit back to Garmin for servicing."
These are the files noted abouve:
Nuvi 7xx.zip
075401000220.rgn
Updater.exe
Probably means any 7xx series with bluetooth!!!!
As noted by "Pling73" in the "Nuvi 7xx 4.00 Firmware FIx" post. His quit working after the rollback.
Re: Warning about 7xx Ver4.0 Rollback
Thankx for the head up.
So I guess I have to wait until they fix the bug or just go ahead and update to Ver 4.0

Lots of Info
There are a couple of threads with lots of info about the 4.0 fiasco.
As of this time 4.0 is FUBAR. Garmin has pulled it from their site so if you haven't installed it you have no worries. If you have installed 4.0, you are stuck with it for the time being. There is a way to roll back to a prior version, but doing so can cause irreparable damage to other functions which will require you to send the unit to Garmin for repair/replacement.
So those of us with 4.0 installed just need to wait patiently for Garmin to decide to fix the problems that they caused! Or, return the unit which is what I may do at the end of next week if the problem isn't fixed.
That makes it He He.......
