CSV Editing

CSV Editor

I found this great editor for CSV files I was able to insert prefixes i.e.: STARBUCKS—and suffixes i.e.: @25 in the name column very easy. that way you know what the alert is not just the address of something. In addition, if you are working with school zones or other speed sensitive things you can do the same.
You can also move columns around, filter, remove duplicates, and many other features.

You can find it “Cardware” at http://csved.sjfrancke.nl/index.html, just send the guy a nice post card from somewhere special and he’ll be happy a few bucks probably happier.

guess I should have

guess I should have said
carriage-returns and/or line-breaks

Saying what you mean does make a BIG difference

Yes saying what you mean does make a BIG difference

Yes you are correct about the Line Feeds or Line Breaks.

Update to my last message..

After testing Yes you can create Muti lines by using the same method as excell hit ctrl-Enter to have a return line there..

not with latest version...

I just tried loading one with embedded carriage returns ... no luck

I also tryied creating a simple one-liner and a cell with ctrl-enter with csved... it sorta looked like it might be working, but here's what it saved:

,,line 1
line 2,,

(no quotes = didn't do it correctly)
