POI Loader category name problem

I uploaded mutiple POI files, each of them sits in a separate sub folder. I've read that the sub folder name becomes the category name when it gets uploaded. But when I did it today, some category names were correctly following the sub folder name, but some category names were the name of POI files but NOT sub folder name.
Why is this happening? Is this a bug? Am I doing something wrong?

Can you detail the setup (names) of your folders and all files within, and then givel us the categories and files as they show up on the GPS?
Have you made sure that there are no POI files in your main folder -- that there are only sub-folders there?
Make sure your setup is similar to that described by Motorcycle Mama:

Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

I re-did upload and this time it worked fine. I don't know what was the problem. But seems like this is a bug.
