Back from Vacation

Jon and I have just returned from a 2 week vacation;) We had a great time. I have about 30 emails to answer since Friday and will be working hard to catch up on the forums.

Do you guys know how much reading material you produce in a few days?

I was able to work a few hours a day for most of the trip but on Friday we disconnected from our computers and ran away to a cabin in the woods. So in the last 3 days I have spent about an hour on the forums. I feel so far behind.

I usually don't stay away from the chats for more then 3 or 4 hours at the most, this has been a great view into what the rest of you addicts go through when you are away for a few days.

I will be posting a travel blog tomorrow after I get through all my emails.

It is really nice to be home and I am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed for the first time in 2 weeks.

Nice to have you back on-line again. Hope you had a great - and memorable - vacation.

welcome back

hope you enjoyed your break

I'm back Too!

Just got back from vacation myself. We ran the Rogue River. I got to run it in an open canoe with lots of water in the river. Lots of camping gear to clean and put away!

Welcome Back

I thought you might have been on vacation.
So did you use the POI's from here or did you have to create your own?

Delegate

I think it is time for you both to delegate some responsibility. Maybe you should consider having a few moderators for each forum/sections. These moderators will have access to do routine setup and keep conversations/treads family friendly. I am sure there are a few active members that would be jumping at the chance for more responsibility.

Just my two cents..... Welcome back.

Jon and I are both recognizing that the community has grown to a level where we are so outnumbered that it is hard to keep up.

We will be making some improvements and adding new features to help us with our growing pains.

Welcome back to your online family. We did behave, no wild parties, loud music or visits from the police.

Yep, it is an addiction, but a sweet one. I guess that makes lot's of reading work for you after a 2 week vacation. Get out the Visine and don't forget to blink every now and then.

Looking forward to your travel blog.

Looking at the time you posted this comment I would say you are keeping late hours. Working at almost 1:00am in the morning is not my definition of relaxing.

We don't want to burn you out. Please relax and go to bed on time.

cheers....
