Adding streets

I am new to the POI Factory and am looking for some knowledge. Is there any way to add a street to the database or do you just have to wait for the update to include it? My street has existed for over five years and it was not on the Garmin update for 2009.

You will need to report it for them to include it.

Yeah that sucks. I live on a street that just got added with the 2009 update. It's in an older neighborhood so I know it's been there a while. I guess the GPS car finally decided to drive down the road this last time.

Missing streets
The street - in fact the entire subdivision - where my daughter lives is still missing even though it's been there for years.
My solution: I'll be going to Montana and retrieving my daughter in a couple of weeks. Problem solved.
