is there a way to send several found addresses to the gps in one transfer or do i have to do each location separately ?

Create the custom map in Google maps with all the points your want. Then use TakItWithMe.com to load that map either directly into your GPS under Favorites or generate a GPX file which can be loaded to the GPS under custom POIs.
