POI Files to Kenwood HMK files for TM-V71A and 710A

For the hams out there who have a Kenwood TM-V71A or 710A, and you've made up or bought the programming cable, its pretty easy to take the POI files in the Ham area and rearrange them to import into the radio using the MCP-2a program.
The HMK files are just comma delimited, so opening up the POI files and moving the columns was all it took. There's a yahoo group that supports the 71A and 710A, and I've uploaded the Louisiana file there. Same could be done for all states, using the POI files as a reference.
