GPXtoPOI on Vista

Has anyone installed this software on Vista??? I've got a new PC running Vista Home Premium. Tried to execute the downloaded .exe file and got a weird error (see below). Tried to email the owner from the his web site but mail was returned as underdeliverable.

You might try PoiEdit. Works well on the two Vista machines I am running...

GPX to POI
I have used it on both Vista and XP. I have only had one problem on Visa and still haven't figured out exactly what is happening. When I attempt a conversion from GPX to POI, I get a file with 0 kb file size.
Other than that, I have had no problems!
