2009 map update problems

Has anybody had any problems trying to order the disk for the 09 update? When I tried to order the update when I got to the confirm order I got an error code. html 500. The order didn't go thru. Tried two time same error code,Email Garmin they suggested that I call there 800 number. Now here the real problem. I got a call from my credit card company. They had a question about two pending charges from Garmin Europe. Told them what happened an there shouldn't be any charges from Garmin. Today I called there 800 number to order the disk. When they tried to place the order they got the same error code that I did when I tried to order online, Now there is another pending charge from garmin that shouldn't be there.
If anyone tried the order the disk and got the 500 error code, I would call your credit card company to make sure that you don't have any charges that aren't suppost to be on your card

Order from somewhere else
Unless you are getting a "free" upgrade, it makes more sense to order from somewhere else since it will usually be cheaper. I ordered my update from Amazon for $58, shipping and tax included. Placed the order on a Sunday and received it on Tuesday. Garmin will charge you the full list price of $69.95 plus shipping.
RE:Error message
I got the same error message repeatedly (about 5 times last Thurs and 4+ times last Friday). I finally called sales and they connected me with tech support. They all had the same problem and said it was related to traffic. Anyway they sent me the disk at no charge. I just check my credit card and there are no charges.
