Double-tap to select City on nuvi350?

Just wondering if anyone else has to do this.

1. Search by address
2. Type in City
3. When the list of results of cities come up, I always have to double-tap (double-click) the city to select it and advance to the next screen?

Anyone have to do this too? Bueller? Bueller?

I don't. It is just one

I don't. It is just one touch and it works.

Double Click?

Looking at your name, Canuck, are you from Canada? Is there an exchange rate on clicks? Maybe one US is Two Cananda? Wink Wink

My wife has a 350 and it's a one clicker.

Sorry

Too Fast

That will happen when you are typing too fast. Give it a extra second when the cities are pulled in before you click the city.

Too Fast!

I have the same problem on my 660, but if I slow down, it works just fine. I'm too fast for my own good!

I think I have your problem

I think I have your problem Rick. Too fast for my own good. CPU ain't up to my speeds...

This happens to me too

This happens to me too. It might be there by design.

The Nuvi shows the city name before you finish typing out the whole name (ie. start typing sprin for Springfield... then it shows you all the available city names that have sprin in the name) When this happens, you sometimes keep typing and you end up hitting the wrong city.

With this feature (maybe a feature?) you won't accidently hit the wrong city.

It doesn't really bother me much though.
