760 screen (not as clear as original)

I recieved a new refurbished 760 from garmin, i noticed this screen does not look as good, or clear as my original, seems like the sharpness, and contrast is low. It looks a little blurry, fuzzy. I think you can change some settings from holding the screen, are any of these changes changeable? thank you.

if it's a refurb, is it possible that Garmin left some sort of screen protector on it? I would doubt it, but it's worth checking.
If there is nothing on the screen, call Garmin and complain.
