satalite reception 05/03/08 and 05/04/08

Has any one had problems on 05/03 or 05/04 with reception in your area? Over the weekend I drove for about 100 miles near the Peoria / Bloomington Illinois area and had no reception. As soon as I was back at the same place I lost it (round trip) I had full reception again. I had driven through that area many times before and never lost it. It was like a switch I either had full or none. Any ideas?

Might have been the famous Illinois Triangle you hear so often about!!!
