NUVI 660 Satellite Reception Problem

I have had 660 for almost 2 years. No issue to this point. The last couple days I turn on the unit and it finds the satellites. My signal is strong for about 2 minutes and then I get a "Poor Satellite Reception" error. I have tried to reset the unit with zero success. Any suggestions? I live in Columbus Ohio in case this is a geographical issue. Software Ver 4.30

No signal problem here
I'm in the Tidewater Virginia area and have had no problem with my 660.

I've had isolated satellite connection issues in the past with my 650. Oddly enough, the issues appear to correspond with weather changes. The issue always seems to resolve itself once I drive to a different area though. You may want to contact Garmin.

Thanks for the information. I am still having issues. I called Garmin and they had me do a hard reset. Still no luck.

Since it is 2 years old did they mention if they would charge to look at it or not? Hopefully they will take good care of you.

They told me they would honor the warranty despite owning it for 15 months. They were pretty cool about it. They have had it since 5/20. I am on hold with them right now to confirm any work/status.

the 660 is already on the way back. The rep at Garmin could not provide details. She said a summary sheet will be included.
