when purchasing a map update ,is that a complete update of hotels ,gas stations ,etc..etc...etc...,or is it simply what it says ,A MAP UPDATE ???

When I installed my 2009 update, it moved the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant in my town to the correct location. Last year they had it on the wrong side of the interstate highway.
