Hi Folks,

Well, I added my two cents to an article featured in this months issue of Tools Of The Trade Magazine. They tested a lot of the brands of GPS units that people like myself are using in the field and Garmin came out on top followed by Magellan. You can read the article here:

Go Garmin!

I knew buying a Garmin was a good choice. After seeing a friends TomTom, I'll hold my Garmin closer to my heart!

I recently read a comparison article in one of the glossy supplements that fell out of the Sunday newspaper. They'd evaluated a fair few units, but there wasn't a Garmin among them!

Here in the UK, GPSr's are normally referred to as "SatNav's" ... or more commonly: "TomToms" neutral

I'm a subscriber of the magazine and have been printed in the editorial section a time or two. The feedback for this article was from the readers of the publication and those in the trades related fields. It was all based on real world usage of the units so you get a pretty good aspect of what people are using.

I just thought I'd share it with everyone.
