Do I place alert sounds in the same folders as the POI's or do they have to be placed on a SD?

Do I place alert sounds in the same folders as the POI's or do they have to be placed on a SD?
Yes
Yes, they must be named the same as the associated csv/gpx file (except for extension) and they must be in the same folder on your computer. Then when you run POI Loader, it will take care of the rest.
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.
