Streetpilot 2720 remote ????

I have a remote that came with my 2720. When I first tried to use it, everything worked except the page button. After figuring out that I needed that button to really use it decently, I just put it away. Decided a couple of days ago to call Garmin (still under warranty) and see what they said about it. Nice lady on the phone say "yep, sure sounds like that rocker button is broke". I'll have a new one sent to you.
Get the new one today and it does the same thing. The "page up/down" button doesn't work.
Is there an option somewhere I'm missing????? Hard to believe 2-in-a-row are bad.

You shouldn't have to do anything special to make it work, I didn't have to with my 2820. I think I'd get back with tech support again.
Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong.
