msndirect frequinces

Im tying to find out what frequinces msndirect is using and if they are horizontal or verticaly polirized does any one know?

Depends on your location

As I understand it they are using clear channel radio stations - so they are different in every city, and also on multiple stations in the same market.

If you go into the diagnosis (press and hold on the speedo in the trip screen) you will see which freq you are using at the time. (it won't work on your 350 though - i don't think).

speedometer

when you are looking at the map, push the lower left corner and you will get all the distances and speeds for your trip. Tap and hold on the top half. Then you will be able to scroll through several screens until you get to one labeled msn.

I'm not where I can call at this time...in the cell bunker sad

Map Coverage

Since the update a couple weeks ago, I have found that I have better coverage in the shaded area from msn than before. But I think that the maps are more in line with areas that they get information for (gas) and not what you are going to receive.

Sometimes it appears that one radio station will have better coverage on part of the map, and another radio station will have better coverage in other areas.

I would like the ability to not download the movie info, and also see how often the packets are sent the units (like how many minutes does it take to update the weather info, and then how often is this broadcast). I would assume that the traffic and weather are more often than the other data, but I'm not sure. I don't get traffic yet in my home town, but I am very pleased with the weather and gas features.
