Can I edit a POI file that has been downloaded from this site? I would like to add other red light camera data and school speed zones. Thanks.

Yes.. should be no problem..
Yes.. should be no problem.. Just open the file either in excel or notepad and make your edits and save and reload the file.

In addition to editing the files on your own, it would be helpful to the group if you report the new red light cameras to Miss POI and upload any other POI's that you have.
