c330 - getting to the diagnostic page

Hello,
I've read on here about the diganostic page that's available on the c330 by touching the right upper corner of the screen for 5 seconds, but it will not work for me. Does the unit have to be in the car? It is currently connected to the computer.
Is there a trick that I'm missing? I've even tried warming my hands first...

Holding for 5 sec is possible that it is to short, you need to put a small pressure and the time is possibly more 7 or 8 sec,

Just kidding, but he is right, I would even say 10 seconds and for some reason, it seems that I have to put more pressure then usual, but of course not enough to damage the screen.
