Revised: 9/23/2011 - Added picnic areas. This POI is primarily directed toward motorcyclist, Files include distance and direction from closet city or town. Now more than 250 picnic areas on more than 70 highways and farm to market roads are represented in most regions of Texas. Neither picnic areas nor rest areas, located along Texas interstate highways, are included. I have personally visited each one of these and if you find any to be incorrect (not within 1/4 mile) or are no longer there please let me know. Enjoy the ride.
