Phonebook from LG chocolate wont upload to C550 although it tries

My LG chocolate will not upload the phonebook to my Garmin C550. yes I have updated with the latest firmware etc etc. HELP!

Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm, rather than the exception sad The LG Chocolat is one of the half-dozen phones I tried with my Nüvi 310 - none of which worked. (There's a compatibility list on the Garmin website).

You might be able to 'Send' the numbers, one at a time - which of course is a pain. Also, if the phone's phonebook supports multiple numbers per entry, (and most do) these end up at the Garmin end as duplicate entries, that you can't distinguish from oneanother.

No PB on the C550

And when I spoke to some MORON at Garmin.. he tells me " I am looking at the web site and its not supported" DUH!! I knew that I was looking for an answer not to tell me what I already knew.. Most of the Garmin employees are great but this guy was a dummy...
