You can try here as well...

www.tomtomforums.com That's the 'unofficial' TomTom forum site where you will find more info. smile

Used?

Did you buy used? I think even for the palm OS version it had been v6 for 2 years... For v5 map, you need v660.1223, I think this is the last one that can still support v5 map.

TomTom for Palm Treo

I have Navigator 6.030 running on a Treo 650 with whatever version of the maps came with Navigator 6. If you purchased Navigator 5 you should be able to get an upgrade if it was from a TomTom dealer; that version is at least 1 of not 2 years old. The map upgrades are available from tomtom.com

I just added poi's by converting them to .ov2 and dropping them in the USA_and_Canada folder on my SD card. You can also add voices in the Voices folder on the SD card.

Not sure what you are meaning my school zone and red light alerts.

Apples & Oranges -

I believe he's talking about the Palm Operating System in his Treo. I'm running version 5.4.9 - so he's probably a little bit behind on his OS upgrades.

Treo 650 runs on Palm OS last time I checked.... Besides, I am pretty sure OP means the TT version and the version naming is very consistent with TT style... wink
