viewing POIs

Is it possible to have POIs appear on the screen automatically? That is, I can "go to" a poi, but I would like to see local POIs when I am nearby. For instance, Rest Areas should appear on the screen automatically, without me specifically searching for them and selecting them as a destination.

You can set up some POI's

You can set up some POI's under Favorites and you will see them on your screen everytime you are near them. Just like setting your home. You will always see your HOME on your screen.

All of my Rest Areas, Restaurants, Travel Centers etc show up on my C330 & C340 when I get within a reasonable distance - that's because I have bmp icons for each POI category installed with their respective Custom POIs !
