Does anyone know of any mapping downloads for senic routes in NC that are compatible with the c330?

The c330 does not support saved routes.
Having said that, you can look here for some motorcycle routes (which are usually scenic) that have been uploaded by motorcycle riders.
The files are in GPX format so you should be able to open them in MapSource or GoogleEarth.
